Graduating from high school means starting a new in college. But it’s a sad truth that not all of the graduates from high school will be able to get to college. You can actually land a grant based on your physical characteristics. If you are over 6 feet tall then an organization for people with towering heights is very much willing to aid you in you in your college expenses. If you’re too short, you can also get one. Some societies for dwarfism also offer scholarship grants.
If you have a certain passion or advocacy, you can also get a grant for that. Vegetarian societies offer certain grants to students who adhere to the vegie lifestyle.
If you have some unique talents, there are contests that can win you some wacky scholarships. For instance, expert duck callers could win a scholarship from a duck calling competition. It’s not necessary that you’d be academically smart or athletic. Anyone can land a scholarships by being who they are.
